Strategic and Technical Advisory
Supporting Client's to develop Effective and Sustainable Compliance, Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability Performance Programs to increase accountability, demonstrate leadership, operational cost effective and enhanced efficiency through:
- Analyze, modify, enhance and implement Client's existing Audit Compliance, Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability programs.
- Develop Codes of Conduct, Application Guidelines, Audit Tools, Assessment Tools, Checklists, Management Systems, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Baseline Survey, Progress Tracking, Reporting, Risk Analysis Guidelines, format and factors, Root Cause Guidelines, and more.
- Develop Innovative Programs and Advance Initiative Capacity Building Programs for short-term and medium-terms implementation and all the programs will be measurable qualitatively and quantitatively.
- Systems and Process Quality Assurance
- Report Quality Review
- Project Design and Implementation such as Collaborative Supplier Improvement Process (CSIP), Business Transparency Programs
- Project Management such as Audit Program, Research, Survey, Assessment, Evaluation, Monitoring, Risk Analysis, Improvement.
- Interim Project Management and/or Interim Manager
- Critical analysis and peer review of projects
- Stakeholder engagement of different interest groups and facilitation of crossed-sector partnerships
- Project Coordination
- Logistic Management such as organization of workshop, facilitation, events.
- Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Sustainability Reporting
- International Finance Corporation (IFC) Performance Standards
